We are pleased to welcome Drs. Mary Kelly Sutton & Mark Brody\, and Attorney Ilya Feoktistov. \nAbout the Speakers \nDr. Mary Kelly Sutton received her medical degree in 1971\, as well as boards in Internal Medicine\, and additional training in Pediatrics. She is a founding member of the American Holistic Medical Association and trained in Anthroposophic Medicine. Practicing in California during SB277\, she wrote medical exemptions for school vaccines: Her license was subsequently revoked despite no patient complaints and no patient injury. Dr. Sutton is currently part of a federal lawsuit to seek a stop to physician censorship and restitution of licensure. She currently provides health education: https://www.drsutton.org  \nDr. Mark Brody\, C.C.H\, trained as an M.D. at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons (1986). He gave up his medical license voluntarily in 2021 under pressure from the Rhode Island Dept. of Health due to his supporting informed consent for his patients around the Covid-19 vaccine. Dr. Brody has a longstanding interest in systemic healthcare reform. He continues to practice in Rhode Island as an Integrative Healthcare Practitioner under the Health Freedom Act: https://www.dynamispreventivemedicine.com \nAttorney Ilya Feoktistov represents Drs. Sutton\, Brody\, and two other physicians. He practices in Massachusetts\, where has devoted the past five years to representing local victims of civil rights violations during the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. He has successfully defended COVID-19 lockdown and vaccine protesters from serious criminal charges brought by politicized Massachusetts prosecutors. Attorney Feoktistov graduated from the Boston University School of Law and has an undergraduate degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from Dartmouth College. He is a contributing author for The Federalist.   \nAbout the Talk \nThe Physician’s First Amendment Right to Provide a Second Opinion\nA federal First Amendment lawsuit\, Sutton v. Federation of State Medical Boards\, was filed in the Northern District of Texas by four physicians against six state medical boards and a powerful national organization that is silencing scientific dissent among the nation’s doctors from Texas to Massachusetts. Her talk will be: “The Sickest Generation: How We Lost Our Health—and How to Take It Back”. \nDebbie Mize is a leader and advocate dedicated to helping individuals and families make informed health choices through education\, collaboration\, and community engagement. She is the Co-Founder of Kansans for Health Freedom and serves as State Coordinator for Stand for Health Freedom and Children’s Health Defense–Kansas. She previously served as Chapter Leader of the Kansas City Area Weston A. Price Foundation and currently serves as Co-Leader of the Chattanooga Area Weston A. Price Chapter. \nBeyond advocacy\, and prior to moving to Tennessee\, Debbie and her husband partnered with their daughter’s family to manage operations at their medicinal herb and elderberry farm. The farm’s focus was to provide farm tours\, education and community outreach on nutrition\, herbal wellness\, and sustainable farming practices. \nWith a background in wellness\, nutrition\, and sustainable farming\, Debbie works alongside legislators\, grassroots organizations\, and community leaders to advance health freedom and promote transparency in public health. As Manager of State Councils for MAHA Institute\, she establishes and supports MAHA Councils in all 50 states to strengthen collaboration between grassroots communities and federal health leadership. State Councils are the nexus between the grassroots and HHS to move the needle towards better health outcomes for all. \nThe Chattanooga Supper Club will be hosted at State of Confusion Restaurant\, which is known for its wood-fired dishes\, ceviche and beer.
