DESCRIPTION:SHARE | PRINT | EMAILRocco’s Restaurant and Bar\, 193 Main Street\, Wilmington\, MA \nTuesday\, February 3rd\n5:30pm – 9:00pm\nWilmington\, MA\n$55 \nPlease join us for an evening of lively conversation\, intriguing speakers\, and fun!  This month we are pleased to welcome technology safety educator and Director of Massachusetts for Safe Technology\, Cece Doucette \nAbout Cece Doucette\nCece Doucette\, MTPW\, Director\, Massachusetts for Safe Technology\, works with communities\, schools\, health care practitioners\, and legislatures to address wireless radiation and public health. She also co-founded Safer Screentime to offer a quick\, affordable on-line training course for all. \nCece was honored to co-chair the technology panel for the NIH Health in Buildings Roundtable Conference and serve as moderator for the Electromagnetic Radiation/Wireless panel at the Children’s Health Defense Conference. She helped New Hampshire pass the nation’s first law to investigate wireless risks\, and is chaperoning six bills in Massachusetts. Cece also presented state and local policy at the EMF Medical Conference. \nHer work is featured in the films Generation Zapped\, Wi-Fi Refugees and 5G: Friend or Foe? \nAbout the Talk\nIs Your Wireless Tech Safe? Let’s Learn to Stay Connected and Protected \nCece will walk us through the peer-reviewed scientific literature on wireless radiation and digital addiction\, as well as common symptoms of EMR Syndrome. She will make the invisible visible with a live demonstration of the electropollution we are immersed in today then share encouraging inroads in the courts and public policy. Cece will leave us with common sense practical steps we can all take today to greatly reduce our exposures\, plus actions to help move the needle to safe technology. \nVenue\, Location & Parking\nRocco’s\, 193 Main Street\, Wilmington.
