Brant Hadaway, the attorney who represented the Health Freedom Defense Fund in the federal district court case against the transportation mask mandate, is here interviewed by Jeffrey Tucker of Brownstone Institute. He discusses the sketchy legal basis of the federal mandate and his arguments to the judge who ruled against the administrative state.
In addition, he covers his back and forth with the CDC and the eventual victory of his case. The Biden administration is appealing the decision, of course, with the intention of getting everyone masked up again on planes, buses, and trains.
