Chase C. Englund is a Regulatory Economist, as well as the Founder and President of the Pennsylvania Small Enterprise Foundation, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization. His research is focused on the political economy of investment and regulation, regulatory impact, and small business, and has appeared in a variety of journals and other outlets. He has served as an economist at the US Dept. of Treasury and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. His book, The Politics of Attracting Investment, is available in bookstores.
