Please join us for an evening of interesting conversation around nature, farming, resilience, sovereignty and humanity with our guest speaker Mollie Engelhart.
About Mollie
Mollie Engelhart, regenerative farmer, mother, chef and founder of Sovereignty Ranch in Bandera, Texas is committed to food sovereignty, soil regeneration, and educating on homesteading and self-sufficiency. She is the author of Debunked by Nature: Debunk Everything You Thought You Knew About Food, Farming, and Freedom—a raw, riveting account of her journey from vegan chef and LA restaurateur to hands-in-the-dirt farmer, and how nature shattered her cultural programming.
About the Talk
Mollie’s insight and passion about nature will drive her talk regarding our human responsibility to be a part of nature, not removed from it. She’ll talk about what it means to be stewards of nature; engaging with life and death cycles in a way that regenerates rather than exploits. That builds resilience, connection, community and sovereignty instead of comfort.
