Please join us for an evening with Melissa McDonald. In this talk, Melissa introduces five of her favorite herbs and the ways they support the body—from immune health to stress and overall vitality. Drawing from her experience as a Master Herbalist and Naturopath, she offers a simple, approachable introduction to herbal medicine, designed to build understanding and awareness.
About the Speaker:
Melissa is a natural health expert with a passion for empowering individuals to make meaningful changes that can dramatically improve their health and overall well-being. As a Master Herbalist and Naturopath, she takes a comprehensive, integrative approach to wellness.
She weaves her knowledge, faith, and experience together to educate and inspire others through classes and personal consultations, helping individuals care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—through practical, natural solutions.
Melissa and her family relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee three years ago after selling their successful medicinal herb and elderberry farm outside of Kansas City. Today, she focuses on teaching, mentoring, and investing in real estate.
Outside of her work, Melissa enjoys gardening, hiking, pickleball, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
About the Venue:
The Chattanooga Supper Club will be hosted at State of Confusion Restaurant, which is known for its wood-fired dishes, ceviche and beer. Some free parking is available for State of Confusion patrons in a nearby parking lot (You’ll see a parking attendant at the lot entrance and State of Confusion signage).
