About the Talk
Title: Mandates, Medical Coercion, ‘Lawful’ Malfeasance: What have we learned from COVID and Compulsory Childhood Vaccination?
Description: This talk will focus not only our need for continued vigilance “post COVID” but also hopeful signals. The speakers will give background on the history of vaccination mandates and the development of “standard of care” medicine; liability shields (including the 1986 Act and PREP); the coercion that was on display during COVID with masks, tests, shots, and social distancing; and the attendant censorship. The talk will discuss that these measures prevented the public from a full understanding of the horrific impacts of medical coercion and malfeasance, which go hand in hand. The speakers will also share recent hopeful news such as the August 10, 2026 Executive Order concerning childhood vaccines; declining childhood vaccination rates; the Idaho Medical Freedom Act; the Miller and Perry cert petitions and other legal cases; and failure of the WHO Pandemic Treaty.
