Halvor Naess is a senior consultant at the Department of Neurology, Haukeland University Hospital, Bergen, Norway and professor at the University in Bergen. He has authored and co-authored more than 200 PubMed indexed articles, mostly on stroke and related neurological diseases. He has written many articles in Norwegian news papers and websites since March 2020 that were critical of the pandemic handling in Norway.
