Robert Billard

Robert D. Billard Jr. is a Marine Corps veteran of over 20 years. He has deployed to combat multiple times, including as a Rifleman in Operation Enduring Freedom (2007) and later as a Logistics Advisor to the Afghan National Security Forces in 2014-2015. He later served in the Pentagon on the Joint Staff. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a B.A. in History (minor in Economics) in 2010 and a Masters of Professional Studies in Emergency Management from Tulane University in 2023.
