Alec Zeck is an American health freedom advocate, educator, and speaker known for his work exploring the intersections of wellness, personal sovereignty, and informed consent. A former U.S. Army captain and West Point graduate, he shifted his focus from military service to public health dialogue, emphasizing individual rights in medical decision-making.

He is the founder of Health Freedom for Humanity (HFFH), an organization that promotes education around bodily autonomy and holistic approaches to health. Zeck also hosts The Way Forward, where he interviews doctors, researchers, and thought leaders on topics ranging from terrain theory and nutrition to medical ethics and decentralized solutions for community well-being.

His work often centers on empowering people to think critically about health information, reconnect with natural approaches to living, and build parallel systems rooted in transparency and personal responsibility.
