Andrew Byrd
On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the Charlotte Supper Club is pleased to welcome Andrew Byrd, Marine Corps veteran, seasoned pastor, and community leader passionate about people, faith, family, and the future of our nation.
About the Talk
Preachers, Patriots & Philanthropists: Loving and Leading When Seen and Unseen
In his talk, “Preachers, Patriots & Philanthropists,” Andrew explores how every person can find themselves in one of these roles at different times in life.
- Preachers are those who declare truth—sometimes to eager listeners and sometimes to those who resist hearing it.
- Patriots recognize the unique heritage of our nation and the responsibility to preserve its principles for the next generation.
- Philanthropists are not simply donors but people who live with a generous heart—seeing needs and responding with compassion and action.
Andrew will challenge and encourage attendees to see leadership not as a title but as a daily responsibility. Real impact, he reminds us, often comes through small, consistent actions that shape workplaces, families, and communities.
This conversation will inspire participants to lead courageously, love generously, and recognize that true leadership—whether seen or unseen—can make a lasting difference.
Come early and meet Brownstone Institute friends, scholars, writers, and benefactors. Celebrate victories and discuss challenges ahead. The venue is lovely, the seasonal menu is delicious, and the discussion brilliant.
About the Speaker
Andrew Byrd is a Marine Corps veteran, seasoned pastor, and community leader. In 2020, he was hospitalized with COVID-19 and came close to being placed on a ventilator. After recovering, the experience reshaped his perspective on leadership, community, and personal responsibility. He returned to ministry with renewed conviction—reopening his church, engaging his community, and encouraging thoughtful, common-sense leadership in a rapidly changing world.
He is passionate about people, faith, family, and the future of our nation.
Brownstone’s Charlotte Supper Club is thrilled to welcome him.
