Brownstone Utah Supper Club, February 12, 2026: Dr. Kirk Moore
The new Brownstone Institute Utah Supper Club will meet for the first time on Thursday, February 12, at Harvest Restaurant at Thanksgiving Point from 5:45 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. Admission is $59 per person. Our speaker will be Dr. Kirk Moore.
About the Talk:Dr. Kirk Moore will share insights into the battle for medical freedom, ethical integrity, and constitutional rights. In preserving patient informed consent and medical choice during the pandemic, Dr. Moore came under investigation by the Department of Justice, leading to a legal battle that was resolved in his favor in 2025. Dr. Moore will weave his personal experience into a broader conversation and Q&A with supper club participants, exploring the conflict that develops when personal autonomy bumps up against public health.
About Dr. Kirk Moore:Dr. Kirk Moore trained at the University of Miami School of Medicine, graduating with honors, and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is a decorated former U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon, and is currently with Freedom Surgical & Aesthetics. Moore is a devoted father raising his two children alone after tragically losing his ex-wife in 2019. Outside of surgery, Dr. Moore is an avid traveler and enjoys skiing, soccer, and spending time outdoors.
