Terri Hall is a longtime Texas grassroots activist and Executive Director of Texans Uniting for Reform & Freedom (TURF), a nonprofit focused on transportation policy, property rights, taxpayer advocacy, and constitutional liberties. She first became widely known for leading the successful citizen movement against the proposed Trans Texas Corridor and for opposing the expansion of toll roads across Texas. Over two decades, Hall has testified before the Texas Legislature, organized statewide grassroots campaigns, written extensively on public policy, and advocated for government accountability and the protection of private property rights. She now lives in Kerrville, where she continues her advocacy on state and local issues.
